At Lotus Dental Clinic, we are passionate about providing you with the highest quality care and results that you’re proud to show off.

Our administrative staff is ready to help you with any questions about scheduling, financial policy and insurance; we’ll make that part of the process as simple as possible.

This section offers information from the administrative side of Lotus Dental Clinic, including What to Expect on Your First Visit.

Your initial appointment will consist of a detailed consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options.

Occasionally, treatment can be done the same day as the consultation.

Please assist us by providing the following information prior to your consultation appointment:

• Completed medical/dental history forms, including all medications you are currently taking
• Your dental insurance or CDCP information
• Completed the Record Release form to request x-rays from your previous dental office
• Review our office Financial Policy

This will help us to help you process any claims in a timely manner.

IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 at the consultation visit.

X-Rays

If your previous dentist has taken recent x-rays (within 6-months), we may request copies by completing a Record Release.

However, any new presenting conditions or emergency treatments may require new x-rays to aid with proper diagnosis and treatment planning.
